I bought this possum trap 3 weeks ago and caught 5 pesky possums. Very easy to set up with simple instructions in English. Possum trap was sent from NSW to regional Victoria within 3 days.
Unfortunately a spring on the door trap snapped off, Not because of poor/cheap quality just 1 of those things with probably hundreds sold. I thought I would shout out and request repair or replacement, with limited hope for a positive reply.

However I received an email within 5 hours and after sending a photo of the broken part, I was surprisingly sent an immediate reply advising me that my faulty possum trap would be replaced at not costs to me.

Absolutely Fantastic customer service. I would highly recommend this company with anything that they offer for purchase. Congratulations to your leadership team with providing such a tremendous product and after sales service.

As usual both the Ordering and Delivery were excellent.

Ordered with some wax blocks. Great product, price and super fast postage.

First possum fooled me and somehow sneaked the bait out without releasing the trap. I then used smaller pieces of peanut butter on bread and subsequently caught two possums. Safely and humanely released locally.

Good value and easy to deal with

Bait stations are great. The key broke on the first time i tried to open it, but I just used a pair of needle nose pliers to open them. Works the same, if not easier

They are what was ordered

I bought these spikes to keep a possum out of a tree that has Wood Ducks nesting in it.
I bought a can of brown Matt paint to spray the centre metal strip so that it blends in better with the tree.
It has worked perfectly as the possum no longer sleeps in that tree and has many others to choose from.

Super fast postage. Ordered the baits and cardboard bait stations. Theyre loaded and I can see on the eufy cam set up, the rats are having a go. Easy transaction, will definitely buy again as preventative measure.
