HOW TO USE

1. Position the Trap:
   Select a suitable location where you have noticed rat activity, such as along walls, behind furniture, or in dark, quiet corners.
   Ensure the trap is placed on a flat, stable surface to avoid tipping over.
   
2. Prepare the Trap:
   The trap is pre-assembled and ready to use straight out of the box.
   If desired, place a small amount of bait (such as peanut butter, cheese, or fruit) inside the designated lure compartment. This will attract the rat into the trap.
   Note: Use gloves when handling the trap to avoid transferring human scent onto it.
   
3. Set the Trap:
   Gently pull back the trigger mechanism until it locks in place.
   Check that the entrance is properly aligned and the trap is securely set.
   Safety Tip: Be cautious when handling the trap to avoid accidental triggering.
   
4. Monitor the Trap:
   Regularly check the trap, especially after 24 hours, to ensure that any captured rats are removed promptly.
   The trap has a high handle with a long guard, allowing you to safely transport the trapped animal without coming into contact with it.
5. Release or Dispose:
   If you wish to release the captured animal, carefully carry the trap to a safe location away from your property, and gently open the trap.
   If you prefer to dispose of the trapped animal, ensure it is done in accordance with local regulations regarding pest control.
6. Reset the Trap:
   After each use, reset the trap by pulling the trigger back into position and placing it in the desired location for further use.
   Clean the trap periodically with mild soap and water to maintain its effectiveness and longevity.
