I bought this product after someone posted on a chicken page they no longer had a rat problem after placing 6 of these traps around their coops. So I did the same. First week we still saw a few rats, but not nearly the horde there was before. And now a week later I haven't seen any rats. We found rat droppings around with bits of green block in it, so they definitely got into it.
I love the clever design of securing the bait inside, and the extra barrier inside to keep any bait crumbs from exiting the trap. The lockable design gives further peace of mind.
Good quality, durable, long lasting product which I use to protect strawberries, raspberries and peas from blackbirds and sparrows predominantly.
Without the net I would have nothing to harvest.
