nearly impossible to open with key, the metal.spikes are nearly impossible to get into place

nearly impossible to push the key in to open the trap. Same difficulty closing

the metal spikes are nearly impossible to get into place properly, i even used a hammer. But one pokes up too much so now wont close properly

I am female but not weak and have put this aside to see if my hubby can get anywhere. On the backburner

So far worst thing I've ever bought , maybe send me a video as maybe im doing something silly

Excellent- took about a week to get here. Works a treat.

I have bought one of these before and they are great. This time I bought two more but only got one key, which is a bit tricky as I have bought them for friends.
