this stuff is brilliant at controlling fruit fly, if you strictly follow the instructions
These haven’t gotten rid of my roach problem completely but its definitely a better aprooach than the supermarket sprays and baits, so I reccomend this for an affordbale DIY approach. While they’re not totally gone, its keeping them at a controlled minimum. And i tried the gel first - whoch helped - but then I got the gel/trap combo and it’s definitely the way to go.
