We supply an extensive range of professional pest control products to control the majority of household and commercial pests. The majority of our sales are generated through our website and marketplaces such as eBay. We also take orders via phone and email and have a warehouse / showroom for in store sales, click and collect, etc. We are a growing organisation that aims to provide innovative and accessible solutions for our customers. We have a team-orientated culture and a supportive working environment. This role allows for a wide range of customer interaction including over the phone, via email or in person in our showroom. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, problem solving, educating and constantly learning new skills and gaining industry knowledge.

Qualifications & experience

Looking for a motivated and driven individual
Strong customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Be able to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
Computer literacy a must
Excellent written and communication skills essential
Retail or pest control experience highly regarded
Tasks & responsibilities

Providing administrative support and customer service
Answering phones and dealing with customer enquiries
Processing orders and payments over the phone and via email
Inventory management, logistics management, ordering stock
Resolving customer issues with products or deliveries
Providing quotations
Tracking deliveries
